Mr. Duncan
Mr. Duncan is a native of Dallas, TX, and graduated Skyline High School. Mr. Duncan went on to attend Texas A&M Commerce, where he obtained two Bachelor degrees in counseling and radio and television. Later, he obtained an MBA from the University of Phoenix and principal certification in secondary education from Lamar University.
Mr. Duncan believes that students are our most valuable investment and that they are our future. He truly believes in the proverb: "It Takes A Village To Raise A Child."
