I am proud to be a part of Duncanville ISD. Teaching is a rewarding experience, and I teach so that I can learn about the world and the endless possibilities that my students bring to class each day. My greatest joy is helping children reach their goals and achieve success in reading.

I graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler receiving a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. Years later, I received a Master's degree in Business Administration and Educational Leadership from LeTourneau University. I am currently a doctoral candidate in Education Leadership. 

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, fishing, playing golf, shopping for unique art, and cooking.
