Mr. Dale D. Kaiser is in his first year teaching Government at Duncanville High School.  He is a native of Louisiana and began his teaching career at Minden High School in Minden, Louisiana. There he served as the Social Studies Department Chair; taught Civics, Free Enterprise and Broadcasting; and, was the Assistant Girls Basketball Coach.  Mr. Kaiser was also the voice of Minden Crimson Tide Athletics as he served as play-by-play announcer for Crimson Tide football, basketball and baseball games on KASO 1240 AM Radio.

Family brought Mr. Kaiser to Texas where he joined the staff at Skyline High School in the Dallas ISD.  There he taught Government / AP Government; served as the Head Boys and Girls Golf Coach; was an Assistant Coach under the legendary Cassandra McCurdy for the Girls Basketball program; and, served as the Sports Information Director for the Raiders athletic teams.

Mr. Kaiser's advocacy for public education and children then took him to the Dallas affiilate of the National Education Association, NEA-Dallas, where he served as President.  He had one last stop before returning to the classroom this year.  That stop was at Dallas County Schools where he served as the Assistant Director for Human Resources.

Two quotes from President John F. Kennedy have always guided Mr. Kaiser's life work.  The first, "Ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country."; and,  "If not us, who? If not now, when?'.

Mr. Kaiser is the proud father of two sons and each December serves as a Media Relations Assistant / Press Box Coordinator for the Walk-On's Independence Bowl in Shreveport, Louisiana.
